Correspondence (1906-1938) regarding the Oklahoma Constitutional Convention of 1906, the condition of the state after World War I, and the Okmulgee County trial incident; publications (1906-1925), including "Referendum News" and the "Oklahoma Odd Fellow"; clippings (1914-1938); scrapbooks and notebooks (ca. 1938) regarding Robertson's political career; speeches (n.d.) by Robertson regarding his positions on prohibition, the Eighteenth Amendment, the Oklahoma Department of Pardon and Parole, and his inauguration; and condolence cards (1938) received by Robertson's family upon his death. The collection also includes gubernatorial Special Order No. 11 (1922) regarding the membership of Oklahoma National Guard officers in the Ku Klux Klan. Correspondence (1888-1921), news clippings (1896-1921) and two scrapbooks (1896-1917) of news clippings and broadsides, regarding the life of Turner, his campaign for election as a U.S. Senator from Oklahoma, and his involvement with finance. Of special note are a number of letters (1916-1920) addressed to Turner from Brig. Gen. John J. Pershing requesting Turner's assistance in obtaining Pershing's promotion to the rank of Major General.
