Hurley, and correspondence with Herbert Hoover, Henry Luce, Franklin Roosevelt and Madame Chiang Kai-shek, regarding Hurley's duties as national attorney to the Choctaw Nation, and as a Colonel during World War I, as Secretary of War during the Hoover Administration and as a U.S. ambassador during World War II. The collection also includes Hurley family memorabilia and genealogical information.
