Scope and Contents

Architect. Drawings and paintings (1953-1983) created by architect John Hurtig primarily during his years as a student of Bruce Goff at the University of Oklahoma during the 1950s. The works are primarily architectural in nature. The collection also contains a small series of largely copied materials (2009-2012) on fellow OU School of Architecture student, Vincent E. Van De Venter, sculptor Alphonso Iannelli, and architect Bruce Goff.
