Ezell, recounting Ezell's tenure as Dean of the University of Oklahoma College of Liberal Arts and Sciences; research and seminar papers (1955-1980) written by Ezell's students and colleagues, including three by Jack Ericson Eblen concerning the growth of the black slave population in nineteenth-century America and Cuba, and one by Gary L. Cunningham concerning gambling in frontier Kansas.
