Bookseller. A photocopy and typescript of a portion of the diary (1959-1960) kept by Henry M. Pomeroy during his overland journey to California, with descriptions of gold fields and of the cities of Los Angeles and San Francisco, the minutes of a vigilante committee near Omaha, Nebraska, and an account of a massacre in Oregon Territory.
