Attorney. Correspondence (1909-1941) regarding Tolbert's elections and terms as an Oklahoma state legislator, and the Al Smith for President campaign in Oklahoma, which he headed; reports (1923) and accompanying documentation of the impeachment proceedings of Governor John C. Walton by a special legislative committee, of which Tolbert was vice-chair; and Norman Rockwell posters (1942) entitled "The Four Freedoms.".
