Government employee. A letter (1914) describing Johnson's trip to Russia, along with newspaper clippings (1912-1917) of stories about Johnson and his work to prevent sale of alcoholic beverages to Indians. Among the clippings is a two-page article (1917) written by Johnson and entitled "Ten Years of Prohibition in Oklahoma.".
