Collector. A booklet (1969) published by Orange County, California in tribute to President Richard Nixon; certificates (1933) issued to Skinner by the Republican Party of California and the University of Oklahoma Foundation; and Nazi propaganda (1944-1945) airdropped to American troops during the Battle of the Bulge. Also included are sheets of postage stamps (1948-1957) commemorating the 50th anniversary of Oklahoma statehood and the centennials of the petroleum industry and the Five Civilized Tribes of Oklahoma.
