William Haney architectural drawings and papers

Architect. Papers and architectural drawings by William Haney, who studied architecture at the University of Oklahoma under Bruce Goff. The papers contain Haney’s recollections of his early interest in architecture, his student days at OU, and his later work as a minister for the Unitarian Universalist Church in Columbia, Missouri. The drawings reflect Haney’s work during the period of 1949-1965, which includes some assignments as an architecture student. The collection also contains photographs of Bruce Goff with Duke Ellington, and digitized copies of the photographs and selected drawings.

The graphic materials include drawings created over the span of Murphy’s career as an architect from his student days at the University of Oklahoma, to his work for New York University, at Kahn and Jacobs, and his partnership with Louis Muller.
