Cammie Morrison Collection

Letterbook (1869-1878) kept by the commissary supply officer of Camp Supply, Indian Territory, established in 1868 as a base for operations against the Plains Indians. The letterbook contains copies of letters sent, lists of names of captured Cheyenne and Arapaho Indians, information relating to their maintenance, and reports on bands of hostile Indians.

Records of the Cantonment (Oklahoma) Indian Agency and Cantonment (Oklahoma) Training School including general and official correspondence (1903-1923) concerning agency affairs, the school, and its students, along with financial records such as billing and account statements, invoices and receipts, property vouchers, and applications for renewal of Indian trader licenses. Also contains applicant files (1910-1926) concerning the agency superintendant's approval and disbursal of funds of individual Indians; subject files (1902-1931) containing lease records, property cards, land patents and deeds, and miscellaneous records concerning Seger Indian Agency, Colony, Oklahoma; and checking account stubs and Office of the Assistant Treasurer of the U.S. receipts (1902-1920).

Research materials on the history of pharmacy in Oklahoma, collected by Carl K. Buckner, who served as Dean of the University of Oklahoma’s College of Pharmacy from 1997 to 2002. Many of these materials were used for Dr. Buckner's book, Profiles of Oklahoma Pharmacy (2008), and his published articles on pharmacists and the practice of pharmacy in Oklahoma, and in Indian Territory. The collection also includes publications regarding OU College of Pharmacy alumni, and various pharmaceutical industry publications such as Molecular Interventions, Pharmacy in History, Apothecary's Cabinet, and others.
