The collection contains primarily correspondence and reports (1944-1990) of various water resource organizations, including the Oklahoma Water Resources Board, the Water Development Foundation of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Water, Inc., the Arkansas Basin Development Association, and the National Waterways Conference, Inc.
