Correspondence (1895-1946) regarding the Indian Territory Day Celebration of 1939, and Thomas Rhodes' World War I experience; certificates (1864-1912); clippings (1905-1950) and a scrapbook (n.d.) regarding lawmen, outlaws, judges, and Rhodes; the score (1894) of a patriotic hymn composed by a youth from Indian Territory; poetry and short stories (1894-1942) by various persons regarding Belle Starr, the Creek National Councilhouse at Okmulgee, and Oklahoma; and publications (1908-1938) including programs of the 1908 reunion of former U.S. marshals, and of the 45th anniversary of the First National Bank of Vinita, Oklahoma. Also in this collection is a manuscript (n.d.), presumably by Rhodes, regarding the U.S. District Court at Fort Smith, Arkansas, and its judge, Isaac C. Parker. Charles B.
