An autobiography (1893) of Seay; a biography (1915) of Seay, including a family history, written by Clark Brown; typescripts of Seay's diaries (1862-1864, 1892-1893), the earliest kept during his service as a Union soldier during the Civil War, and the latter kept during his term as Territorial Governor; and typescripts of letters (1905-1909) sent and received by Seay after his retirement from public office.

Kennedy relating to his political, civic, and business activities as Chairman of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, Commissioner of the Oklahoma State Highway Department, member of the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce, President of the Oklahoma Housing Conference, Chairman of the Oklahoma Democratic Party, and alternate representative to the United States Mission to the United Nations. Many documents in this collection pertain to the civic activities of Wynn Kennedy. Also includes newspaper clippings (various dates) covering state of Oklahoma and national political affairs, J.C. Kennedy's business dealings, and Kennedy's long history of public service.

Correspondence (1888-1921), news clippings (1896-1921) and two scrapbooks (1896-1917) of news clippings and broadsides, regarding the life of Turner, his campaign for election as a U.S. Senator from Oklahoma, and his involvement with finance. Of special note are a number of letters (1916-1920) addressed to Turner from Brig. Gen. John J. Pershing requesting Turner's assistance in obtaining Pershing's promotion to the rank of Major General.
