Correspondence (1888-1921), news clippings (1896-1921) and two scrapbooks (1896-1917) of news clippings and broadsides, regarding the life of Turner, his campaign for election as a U.S. Senator from Oklahoma, and his involvement with finance. Of special note are a number of letters (1916-1920) addressed to Turner from Brig. Gen. John J. Pershing requesting Turner's assistance in obtaining Pershing's promotion to the rank of Major General.
