Family and horses standing outside their home near Grandfield, Oklahoma, early 1900s. This home, with porches around three sides, was typical of this area, in the early 1900s, at the time of the Big Pasture Opening. The cellar was built after the Snyder tornado. When photographers came by, families posed with all their possessions, circa 1900
