Also includes a journal by Oliver Nelson describing his experiences and the experiences of others as cowboys on the Texas range, circa 1882-1945.

Professor. Magazine and journal article (1940-1968) regarding historiography; and a manuscript (n.d.) by Loban S. Records entitled "The Recollections of a Cowboy of the Seventies and Eighties" regarding the lives of cowboys and ranchers in Kansas and the Cherokee Strip of Oklahoma in the 1870's and 1880's.
