This correspondence includes one letter (1846) regarding the U.S. - Mexican War. The collection also contains genealogical material (1967-1994) on the Groner family, and the typescript of a scrapbook (1875) that features poetry, news items, and obituaries from Gainesville and Valley View, Texas, and Tennessee.
