Paul B. Bell, Jr., papers
College dean. The papers of Professor Paul B. Bell, Jr., are primarily comprised of his professional correspondence files (1972-2017) that were generated over more than thirty years at the University of Oklahoma as a zoology professor, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, and Vice Provost for Instruction. The correspondence reflects issues related to the Department of Zoology, administration of the University of Oklahoma’s international exchange and study abroad programs, the Confucius Institute, student retention, and program and curriculum development. In addition to the correspondence files, the collection contains his calendars, which provide an outline of his day-to-day activities, and a series of notebooks that hold Bell’s notes on meetings, and personal reminders.

Banker. Papers (1847-1951) of the Hudson family, including letters (1855, 1960) from Jefferson Davis and L.Q.C. Lamar to Thomas J. Hudson; Hudson's commission (1861) as a major in the Confederate Army, and a letter to Hudson from M.H. Thomson concerning the prices of household goods. Also included in this collection are eight notebooks of official notary records (1905-1907) of William F. Rasmus, Tahlequah, Indian Territory; a ledger (1870) from Rasmus' general merchandise store in Flint, Indian Territory; two funeral registers (1903-1909) from John W. Stapler and Son; and a scrapbook (n.d.) prepared by Waddie Hudson for his grandson, Gordon Hudson Council.
